George Campbell & Sons is a first-class, seafood processing unit and fishmonger shop situated in the City of Perth at the heart of Scotland's larder. The entire team - from buyers out and about at markets selecting the very best of the day's catch to fishmongers busy manning the shop floor - comes with a wealth of experience in the seafood industry and together we deliver on our promise to provide all of our customers with the very best in fresh, seasonal, sustainable seafood.
As you'd expect from a business tasked with supplying the country's leading chefs and restaurants, we have strong, partnership links with fishing boats and markets stretching from Peterhead to Scrabster. Our busy operation works through the night into the wee sma' hours to receive daily deliveries of quality fish and shellfish from the seas around Scotland and the UK.
We are fortunate to employ a long-standing team of skilled fishmongers who can fillet, portion, prepare and smoke to perfection before parcelling it up for delivery in our customised fleet of refrigerated vans or stocking up our own cold-counters in our busy retail shop.
