As Perth City's only remaining family-run fishmongers our busy deli is a popular choice amongst locals and visitors alike. Brimming with freshly prepared seafood from our adjoining factory and quality, ready-to-eat meals straight from the skilled hands of smokers and cooks, our customers truly are spoiled for choice.
With fresh fish from Scottish shores, imported exotic species, hand-dived scallops, rope grown mussels, and Scottish oysters a visit to GCS is a seafood lovers dream!
We also stock a great choice of artisan Scottish produce, giving you a one-stop-shop for mid-week family suppers, dinner party ingredients, or nice-and-easy lunch options. In fact, why not pick up one of our unique recipe cards, created for George Campbell and Sons, by Colin Bussey, one of the UK's finest and most-experienced chefs.
Drop-in, and you will discover that we're so much more than 'picking up fish'. Kids will love the live shellfish tanks full of Scottish lobster and the aroma of smoking salmon and haddock from the kilns will assure you of the provenance of our product.
