Karen & Lindsey from our team were delighted to attend the Perth College UHI Student Celebration Gala Dinner on Tuesday 14th May. The evening started with drinks at 6pm in the Treetops Restaurant, followed by a 3 course Spring inspired dinner. Chef Steven Doherty, 3 Michelin Star chef from the Gavroche in London, provided a menu and guidance for the students to deliver a Celebration Dinner.
