Social Bite Charity Event at Gleneagles Hotel

George Campbell & Sons were delighted to support Gleneagles charity partner, Social Bite, by providing local fish & seafood for the fish course at The Great Scots Burns Supper. The Charity meal took place in the exsquisite ballroom at Gleneagles Hotel & Golf Course on the 19th January 2023 and raised half a million for the well-known Scottish Charity. 

Social Bite is a charity movement with the vision to end homelessness in Scotland by offering innovative solutions to empower people with employment and temporary housing. 

The Great Scots Burns Supper event was well attended and raised over £500,000 on the night for Social Bite. The money raised will be used to support some of the most vulnerable people in Scotland throughout 2023 - providing them with food, jobs and homes, giving them the support they need to transform their own lives and get back on their feet.
